I can firmly say that I would never hurt a child (and never have) and I would be deeply offended if anyone assumed that simply because I have a physical attraction to children, that I would do anything sexually to a child, or sexually solicit a child in anyway. Mr. Foley was described as being 'homosexual' it is not automatic that one who is attracted to children or the same gender is homosexual ( technically same sex, from the Greek, homos, not 'man' from the Latin, homo, a common error as in " homosexals and lesbians" the latter word is tautological. I agree with those who say that writing e-mails and being "friendly" can be part of the disease, which is often seen as "grooming" the victim and at least shows the person is not guarding the attraction which can be illegal if directed toward a minor (under 18 in this culture at the moment) and immoral, regardless by the traditional definition which of course is changing fast in the 'popular " culture even if not in fact but manipulated by Special Interests (SI for me) and so-called "Liberals" and WAS for sure by the standards of the Common Law which is reflected in the Bible both Testaments until the SIs hijacked the culture to impose their a-moral or selectively "moral' agenda.
