		<description>Joel: I agree completely. It is a very common practice to have multiple covers and has been for the 40 years I have been in the business. I see no harm, with the possible exception of the rare consumer that gets duped into buying a newsstand version that they already have at home. It might happen but hopefully not too often.  Then, of course,  there are the circulators who justify their existence with “Circ Cover Tests”, but that is another story for another day.</description>
